It's unprecedented. Not even the Adams or Roosevelt families. With 300 million plus people this is the best we can do?

Some pretty big questions (marks) there. No sense in asking if this the best we can do until your scenarios come to pass. But I don't think Biden is going anywhere and Hillary will soon fade out of political life by her own choosing. As for George P., I could see him getting into politics and even throwing his hat in the presidential ring 20 or 30 years down the road. Any Bush/Clinton continuum will have been long-disrupted by then.

The country is f*cked as long as Boomers remain the majority in positions of power, constantly stealing from young people to prop up their own financial mistakes (c.f. student loans, absurd housing prices, 30% youth unemployment, etc).

Even the worst politicians born in the 1970s or 1980s will be better than the pitiful "leaders" we've had for the past 30 years. There's an entire generation chomping at the bit to get things done, if only the decrepit fossils would finally get out of the way.

True. Got to love these family dynasties. And people wonder why cultures welcome revolutions

A better dynasty...

2012 - Ron Paul
2016 - Ron Paul
2020 - Rand Paul
2024 - Rand Paul

Anon, I am beginning to think that Obama may throw Biden under the bus. I know that it's a long time until November but his campaign is pretty shaky right now.

George P Bush will run in 2032. Needs to be Gov of Texas or Florida first after being the state attorney general. Guys been running for POTUS since he spoke at '92 GOP convention at age 15. He saw how they treated his uncle for not serving in Nam, so he signed up for a tour in the Army right after the '04 election.
