"...the humidity adds extra degrees to the temperature." Absolutely false. Humidity doesn't add to the ambient temp. - that is ridiculous! But then again, so is saying there isn't anything to do in Houston.
Yes, you're all fat and bored out of your minds, but at least the housing is cheap! Just think of all that extra disposable income to spend at the mall...
So, Houston, Oslo, and Zurich do have something in common: the architecture is largely designed to just survive the weather 6 months of the year.
Ok, so Houston isn't super exciting. Meh...people that come to visit will usually ask "what's there to do". There is plenty to do and see, it's just you have to work a little.
