Debate Fatigue

There's no new ground being broken. It's the same tired re-hash. Enough already.

The current BBC news headline is "Republican rivals spar in debate" and for some reason it's the leading headline. At the very least they could have got groundhog into the headline somewhere.

I've lived in the US for a decade-and-a-half now but don't remember anything like this. It's a debate a week and it's been going on for ages. Is my memory going or is this a new thing?

Can't help thinking this is just a revenue-making scheme for the networks so they can air the most recent slip or cringeworthy statement said in the heat of the moment.

It does seem like a debate a week. I don't remember it being like this either.

I agree...but more is better than less! This is new ground we are breaking here and in order to determine "perfect" you have to experience "too much"!!

I swear, whether it's the Dems or Reps debating, I more and more like the LP. At least they don't televise debates for the most part.

Though I must say, Gov. Johnson is a refreshing breath of libertine air since most libertarians (small l intentional) have been painted with the technicolor sparkly Unicorn imprinted Ron Paul brush for so long.
