Government
If you don't do your patriotic duty and pay your fair share, how will government succeed in its vital tasks? Such as harassing old hippies peacefully living out their remaining years in the desert and not bothering anyone.
Goldman is indeed a "great vampire squid wrapped around the face of humanity, relentlessly jamming its blood funnel into anything that smells like money." And government at all levels is Seymour. Feed me.
