I have never heard of these people and they may be right about the Wisconsin teacher unions, but I would just like to say that Wisconsin locals have the most annoying accent of any region in the US. haha interesting. I am from Rockford, Illinois originally and have none of the nasal or Chicawgo type of accent. Here in Wisco there are many interesting accents. That guy from the youtube doesn't have a typical accent from this area, I would say more of a Chicago nasal sound like my wife has.
