SHANGHAI (AP) — China National Petroleum Corp. says its facilities in Libya were attacked, and that its employees have been evacuated back to China.

Rest assured that as long as China knows that their people can go back with any new regime/government that's formed, they are OK with that. Meanwhile, they probably will do nothing for now, preferring to not annoy any faction that might emerge victorious.
Besides, it's not like China has much in that way of forward-positioned forces anyway.

Of course China would bring back their employees Lou, It's not like they have a billion people to step right back in their place.
