Minor economic note

For the past two weeks our local Wallymart has been selling milk for $1.89/gallon. Don't know how the dairies are making money.

Subsidies. But Wal-Mart prices don't really have any correlation with supplier profit. Read about the pickles.

Loss leaders make the stores money when properly used. Like giving you the razor and all you have to do is buy the blades.
