Meanwhile, Rob's blog has been stagnant for over 3 months, and no one has come to pick up his bloated corpse from the funeral home.
With the housing bubble long since over, guess they just decided to pack it in.
I forgot about that blog.
Rob's corpse is posting all the time on Calculated Risk. Looks like he's buying that bunker in the Massachusetts wilds.

The debate if there is a housing bubble is over. But the bubble itself will continue to unwind for a long time.
Just a case of extended blogger fatigue here.... And it was more fun during the debate, the issue is now settled.
Updated the OFHEO/FHFA Major & States. Also some of the Medians in West are now cuurent.
Will try and update some more of the frequented pages.
