Seriously though, the PA tax amnesty ads have always tried to be creepy, although in the past they always had them on the radio with the scary voiced guy saying "all we want is for those who owe them to pay them!!" and "We know where you are and we will find you!!" This just added graphics. At least the voice is nicer, the radio ads sounded like the voice of someone who was telling you were to drop the ransom money.
I thought this was a mash-up of the Air Force satellite/drone control center recruiting ad and the movie Brazil. Makes me glad I don't watch much TV. Oh yeah, and glad I don't live in PA :)
I recently moved from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania and PA has radio ads with a similar tone. They do strike an odd chord to say the least!
As they note at Hot Air, if you need to hold a tax amnesty, it implies you don't know where they live.
