Strawman

A warning to a certain someone who comes by here at least once a day:

The "public strawman Secured Party Creditor UPPER CASE NAME gold-fringed flag" stuff is insanity and leads to bad things 100% of the time. If you can't pay your debts, man up and file for bankruptcy. The Redemption nonsense is pure fraud.

I don't think that one was directed at me. Whew!

But seriously, WTF??? Do these people get their news from The Onion and worship at Landover Baptist? "Canaanite law is held to be an important source of law and The Wizard of Oz (presumably because of the scarecrow character, i.e. the "straw man") and The Matrix trilogy are held to have important symbolisms in reference to this theory, and there is also said to be some connection to the New World Order."

Well, we had a Yale law school President say that the word 'is', isn't really clear.

Plenty of Yale, Harvard lawyers say that the Constitution doesn't say what it says, but that it 'lives' and....um..supposedly 'adapts'.

So, I suppose inventing up your own stuff is just for the right kind of people.

Lou, how do you know that alleged homosexual thief Casey Serin visits your blog "at least once a day"...?

Surely he can't be the only visitor from Excremento.

It is good to know he visits here every day because that drastically increases the likelihood that he visits his 101 page and growing CI thread every day too.

That was kind of you Lou, I doubt he'll listen to good advice any more easily than he ever has in the past.

Don't look now but Casey apparently sent one of those "Accepted for Value" sight drafts to the IRS. Also his parents have made no payments in the Chapter 13.

He may finally go to jail.
