I see fat people

Mish posted about the SEIU thugs and included this video of some eat monsters.

I should lose weight. Many of us should. But I can't recall the last time I saw such a large collection of really obese people. All dressed in purple, all screaming for more of my money.

Why do they need more of my money? They clearly eat a lot more than I do, thereby consuming more resources. Like many of us I am having to get by on a daily basis with less money due to the economy. I struggle to get by and have no fat pension awaiting me at 55. Why can't these people cut back, like I have? If they cut back on their daily visits to McDonald's they'd save money and maybe lose a few dozen pounds in the process.

If you weren't so selfish, you would go get a second, or third job, and be total stranger to your own kids.

Oh man the same old dreary "what do we want, when do we want it" and "2.4.6.8" shit. These protest people have got to get creative. They have been doing these since I was born.

Back to your post - some of those people are scary big. If they actually took the time to eat right and get just a little exercise they would save literally thousands of dollars a year and like you said, look better to boot. Pork rinds and mountain dew are relatively expensive compared to fresh broccoli and water (tap water, of course).

They look like they were hired at the local underpass...come on you don't expect high paid union people to get out and work at protesting do you. The dead give away is the very simple slogan 'cause it would be difficult for drugies to remember more complex ones.

Channel 26/Fox news had a thing last night about how HISD's employees were a lot fatter than the national average and they had a woman from HISD's HR dept. talking about how they would have to raise health ins. rates because of it. She was 350 lbs if she was an ounce and all of 5' flat! I kept screaming at the TV look at the freaking mirror! The neighbors didn't appreciate all of my screaming however.

HISD being fat seems fine given that most of their budget is spent on food programs and other "social programs" rather than education. It stopped being about education a long time ago.
