Don't worry Lou, like any good religion Global Warming worshipers will interpret anything that happens as proof of their God.

Al Gore is representative of his Boomer generation -- well-spoken, but complete idiocy and hypocrisy underneath.

I'm teaching a lesson on the environment and ecology right now. We took a good bit of time to describe both side of global warming fairly. We actively encourage kids to take both sides and think openly. I'm glad to see the kids thinking critically even if I may not agree with them. Lively debate for 7th graders.

There is hope for this generation.

That's OK, Lou: You could enjoy the nice single-digit temps we Denverites are enjoying (but at least there's no wind chill!).

Then again, Dallas-Ft. Worth is directly in the line of fire when it comes to those Alberta clippers. There haven't been too many of those lately, but I'm sure those few silly folks (chasing after a place that looks good solely because it has a low unemployment rate) who thought it'd be a good idea to move to Sioux Falls or Fargo are about to be surprised when they wake up one January morning to -30 degrees air temp (with -60 wind chill!).
