CalPERS employees get important memo

CalPERS employees received a detailed memo on how to wash their hands. This says to me there is more fat to be cut.

All federal money should be withheld from California until the entire Serin Crime Family is deported back to Tashkent.

This says to me that CalPERS is merely following the "Guidance on
Preparing Workplaces for an Influenza Pandemic: OSHA 3327-02N 2007"*
which most larger businesses and public workplaces have begun following in anticipation of a large-scale flu outbreak.

My employer has issued hand sanitizers, put up posters alerting workers to symptoms, published its pandemic action plan, and had a mass meeting where we were all treated to an actual demonstration of correct hand-washing. Considering the surreptitious studys conducted in the past few years that showed a high percentage of the population doesn't even bother to wash their hands after using the restroom, I can't get down on employers telling their staff to wash their hands, and wash them properly.

Nice defensive effort, but this memo isn't geared at low-level hospital attendants. If CalPERS employees really need a two-page memo that explains how to wash their hands there's even more dead weight than originally thought.
