They have jumped the shark

Oh. My. God. I stopped watching Happy Days long before that episode aired. I'm not sure whether I'm glad to have finally seen that snippet. Was it supposed to be a parody episode?

Hang in there Lou. We live in troubled times and it's not your fault.

The Bicyclist was gotten to.

He pissed off some very ugly people with his Texas ANG Forgeries exposure. They wanted Bush OUT and Kerry IN.

I reckon someone had a little chat with him while he was on his bicycle on a lonely road somewhere, with no witnesses, and now he's their bitch.

That's hard-ball street-level politics.

He banned me from LGF last year.

I don't agree that Michael Savage has 'jumped the shark'. Savage's real problem is that (like a canary in a coal mine) he doesn't understand how big the problem is:

Savage did too jump the shark. Why does everything have to be taken to the extremes. If kids are singing a dumb song about obama, it cant just be an isolated incident about a stupid teacher having kids waste time singing a stupid song about Obama?? It has to be some sort of gd indoctrination conspiracy whereby the schools all over are trying to brainwash kids. And we cant attempt to fix a broken healthcare system that delivers at best uneven results with double digit cost increases every year without charges of socialism, and references to hitler being thrown around. Calm down. Stop comparing everything to hitler and 1930's germany. hitler was a special kind of evil and went out of his way to make a name for himself. Bush is not hitler. Obama is not hitler. GET OVER IT.

Tough to say when LGF jumped the shark. Was once an interesting website, one of the few places where the hard-right would converse with the center-right. It was an admirable balance.

Lately Charles seems obsessed with purging a-holes from the Republican Party. Fair enough. Problem is that his efforts don't appear to be working.

Was Michael Savage ever sane? Crazy is his whole schtick.

The reason "it can't just be an isolated incident about a stupid teacher" is because the EVIDENCE suggests otherwise.

Here's a link to exerpts from 'Science Czar' John Holdren's book Ecoscience:

BTW this isn't an 'isolated incident'. Both Obama and Rahm Emmanuel have declared (on television) their intention to create youth brigades. Two weeks ago children were brought into school auditoriums with a giant Obama speaking to them on a Jumbotron. During the presidential campaign last year, students at one school were dressed in camo, marching in formation, and chanting 'Yes we can!'.

If you want the truth, allow yourself to be instructed by the facts as they emerge.

Lou, you've never been more relevent. You do bring a fresh eye to the public discourse and while I might not check in every day, whenever I do make it over here, I read everything you've written since my last visit.

As long as you get enjoymnent out of posting to your blog, please keep doing so.

I know I'd miss reading your thoughts if you shut your blog down again but do what's best for you and your family.

You're a very long way away from jumping the shark, but that's just one anonymous commenter's opinion. : )
