Speaking of which( slick, eh? ) I read the the FDIC, one of those quasi private/public 'corporations' is tapioca. So, it's going to borrow from the people that it is suppose to watch, who are kind of soft themselves. But, the good news is that these soft banks, can now book IOU's( from bankrupt FDIC ) and presto chango, their assets books are now good, even if they are out less paper cash Federal Reserve notes.
