As I have said before, I am very happy that I don't follow this anymore.
It's some of the best entertainment on the Net...
Although somewhat sad when you realize it's ultimately just a mentally ill man-child flailing about, and a family that won't do anything about him due to severe denial.
I really can't figure out whether Casey's parents are really in total denial or if they're just as stupid as their son. I'd put it as an 80/20 split...

If you want a island, may I suggest the Bahamas? There's something like 600 official, and thousands of uncounted ones. You can buy a junk sailboat in Miami for a few grand. Weather willing, you can cross over in a day, after that just run the boat up on a beach.
Lots of white sand, clear water, bugs, crabs, heat, skin cancer. Not too much water.
You love it.
