I'm struck by the fact that he's walking around a major CBD, packed with enormous buildings, yet there are very few people on the streets.
In my home town, Hyannis (yes) they've been pulling this 'public development' racket for decades.Any old town/city in New England has this tax to spend on 'public' places for the profit of political insiders.Nothing new, move along, nothing to see folks..move along.( by the way, we're spending the bulk of our 'stimulus' money, renaming anything that isn't already named Saddaaa..mm....er...Kennedy.)
