This movie rules. Home owner does too many cash out refis, then begs her loan officer to refi once again so she can keep her house. Too bad, she's a foreclosure victim, and back to the bank her house goes. But wait, she is also an evil supernatural hag who exacts revenge on the greedy lenders!

Yeah that evil bank who gave that women money to buy her home. How dare they ask for it to be paid back. They should have given her unliminited time to repay. That evil heartless bureaucracy. The loan officer deserves it, she shouldn't have been trying to advance her career so she could afford to own her own home someday. All this evil tied to home ownership maybe we should all just be renters. HUH?

The feds are rewriting bankruptcy law, so the states must feel they need to be creative with contract law.
Maybe Sacramento can pass a bill cutting outstanding mortgage balances in half.
