I'm having a "moment."
I am not getting the love. I am not thinking I'm contributing. I looked at my stats yesterday. Less than 2000 per month. That's distraction not contribution. I'm reconsidering.

Rob, I have never looked at blogging as anything more than a hobby. Some people collect coins or stamps, I like to post brainfarts. Most of what I post is crap, but sometimes I think I post something of value.
I think that many of us are burned out on the one topic that brought us together for the past 4 years. Yes, it is way past time to admit that the housing bubble has jumped the shark.
I know you enjoy posting. You should ignore the stats and just keep doing what you like to do.
Bummer, man. That other guy said he got 2,759 views.. in a week! When Swaby is up on you, maybe it is time to call it a day.
Just kidding. As Lou says, it's not really about numbers. I don't even check my stats, but I enjoy it and I know my readers find it useful.

I am glad to see it is back. I have never commented on en because I didn't want to get involved with some of the ridiculous Serin people. But I have been a long time lurker and very much enjoy your posts Rob. You should just do what I do and only look at the sitemeter when a bunch of stupid comments come raining in - so you can find out who linked you.
