That's funny because I happened to click on the second ad just a couple days ago. Of course it's a misleading ad because the guy is actually talking about getting a grant from the government to, as he put it, pay off his debts and start a small business. He also shows himself on vacation somewhere celebrating with his wife. Basically he's trying to get people to think that the government will hand out big checks so people can go on vacation. He wants a couple bucks to tell you about it. I gave a thumbs-down to the ad because it's obviously misleading, and it doesn't have anything to do with any particular administration.
It is good that you clicked on it. I hope all Facebook users click on it and then don't hand over their credit card information. Lots of clicks = lots of dollars they will have to spend.
