Lou, Katy is East of LA, not West. And yes, property values in California are insane, unless you move to somewhere like Bakersfield, where they aren't as bad.

I live in California and I'm not insane. I'm too smart to buy rat shack schidt. I agree with what you are saying though. Only a fool would spend money on some bull crap like those listed here. I say, "let the fools in foreclosure suffer". Forgive me but that's just how I feel about all the overpriced homes here. I wouldn't pay anything over $80,000 for those Californian homes.
