Wheatgrass might be half of the equation for restful sleep... the other half, of course, is being a nearly 26-year-old shiftless failure who lives in his childhood room at his parents' place. No job prospects, a half-million in the red, and no romantic interests outside of hook-ups at "The Man Hole".
With no pressure to move out from my coddling parents, what else is there to do but nap the days away?? ;-)

I find a really bad movie. Get out a few DVD's, fire up a sudoku at the same time, LAY down (not sit), and try and do both at once. With a cup of cocoa or hot chocolate - not too hot.
I'll be asleep within an hour. I just have to hope no-one disturbs me, because being woken up is worse than sleeping it off.
Boring movies include: "Battlefield Earth"
"Dune - extended edition"
"Waterworld"
any "chick flick"
I have a collection. The film takes your mind away.
BTW, avoid any Tarentino film. It will only keep y wide awake.
