Doubt it, Rhi. Casey has commented a few times here, but long ago. Casey is a real estate failure, same as thousands of others, but he is famous and hated around the world because he chose to publicize his idiocy and make a buck off of it.

Someone needs to tell Casey that his "business plan" is obsolete.
His business plan is obsolete? He never even managed to get that plan (or any other) to work in the first place!! And so he thinks he can show others how to do it? Tell me, did he ever get "cash for keys" himself? Not that an average loser can't do it; just that Casey couldn't even.

Like with most other things, Casey failed to secure his name in Blogger, and it got snapped up by Benoit (TM). He posts as "Casey Serin" in Rob's Exurbannation, and has us in stitches most of the time. Ask him for a limerick or two when you get a chance.
Oh, and you want to read all things Serin, I suggest the also-hilarious Caseypedia.com, that's all things Casey Serin. Benoit (TM) is, I believe, an editor there, too.
